Lady with an Ermine

Leonardo da Vinci, Lady with an Ermine, Portrait of Cecilia Gallerani, 1496

I will see this da Vinci in Krakow at the Czartoryski Museum next week. I cannot contain my joy! Art lifts the spirit and delights the soul.

  1. Enjoy. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing much terrific art myself through the Smithsonian. Masters like da Vinci worked in such delicate layers and glazes. It’s like a symphony.
